Checkout through Paypal to complete your order. You don't need a Paypal account to pay by credit card! It's free, easy, and safe to use and accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and even processes e-checks and money transfers!

Heart, Faith, Steel ships to Canada, the USA, and can ship internationally. Depending on the merchandise, international restrictions and customs charges may apply. Contact me for further details.
Orders will usually be shipped Monday to Friday. They are usually sent out within 1-4 business days of purchase. This is dependent upon the number of orders to process and if products purchased are made to order/custom. (For custom work wait-times, please contact me.) At this time, only one person is processing orders, so sometimes it can take a bit--please be patient as my business grows!
All international orders are shipped by small packet air mail or expedited mail. Shipment can take 4-10 business days to the USA and 6-14 business days to the UK and Europe. Canadian orders are shipped by regular parcel mail and can take 2-3 days to arrive within British Columbia & Alberta and 1-2 weeks to arrive to the rest of the country.
If faster shipping is desired, express mail can be $30-$100 USD depending on where you live, weight of order, etc. Please contact me for additional invoicing re: express shipping and other desired mailing services (tracking number, insurance, etc.). Some orders are subject to additional shipping fees depending on the size and weight of the products ordered, etc. If this is the case, you will be invoiced for any additional fees. Your order will not be shipped until paid in full.
The shopping cart, unfortunately, does not handle inventory. I do my best to stay current with which products are out of stock, but sometimes items sell out without my knowledge. This may mean that some items you purchase may be out of stock and there could be a waiting period for that product to be made. (This does not apply to OOAK (One Of A Kind) and Custom One-Off items.) Should this be the case, you will be contacted via email to ask for your preferences--either a refund or wait time.
Exchanges may be made for products only before your order is shipped. No exchanges accepted after shipping and receipt of your order. Due to the consumable nature of some products, returns are not accepted unless the wrong item was received – if this has happened, contact us right away to work out a speedy resolution!
Once a package leaves my hands, its fate is somewhat out of my control. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged by mail couriers. I will take every precaution to ensure your items get there safely. However should the worst happen, parcels can be insured so you can file a claim on your own for a refund through your local mail courier by filling out the proper paper work.
